Shop Policies:

Table Number Tutorials are final sale. However, the order total from a tutorial purchase can be transferred as a credit towards a Made to Order Table Number purchase if client decides they don’t want to make them themselves. No refunds, no exceptions.

Shipping for “Made to Order” orders and all Custom Orders will be charged when the order is completed, not when the order is placed. By placing a “Made to Order”or Custom Order, the customer is agreeing to pay the necessary shipping fee that will be invoiced upon order completion prior to the order being shipped. This applies to all items that are physical products in which are not ready to ship but rather made to order after purchase.

All physical items will ship fully covered by insurance. If your items gets lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to Emma Leigh Design via email ( hello@emmaleighdesign.com ) immediately. I will happily work to resolve any issues that occur during transit, but you must contact me within 3 days of the delivery date. After those 3 days, Emma Leigh Design is not liable for items that arrive damaged.
